To enroll in April 2025

the application must be submitted by 15 February 2024

Prospective students are welcome to apply by downloading the application form, fill it up and email us: cuse.chula@gmail.com along with all of required documents and application fee of 600 Baht. We will get back to you within 5 business days. If all of the documents are not ready, we will not be able to process the application.

All of the required documents (See the application form for the list) must be ready before we can process the applications (The application deadline is 15 February 2025). If not, the next application deadline is 15 July 2025 (in order to enroll on Sep 2025).

Application and Recommendation Forms

The forms are provided with docx and pdf formats. The downloaded file contains the instruction, application form and two reference forms (7 pages in total).
